Sprint teases upcoming Samsung flagship

Sprint has joined T-Mobile and AT&T to tease "the latest Samsung device" which is expected to launch sometime after its official unveiling at the MWC, on March 1. Sprint has also opened a pre-registration page, so that anyone who is interested can sign up for updates on Samsung's upcoming flagship device.

Just like T-Mobile and AT&T, all we see is a teaser of the handset which bears Sprint's traditional color on its display. Some of the notable features are the new placement of the power button, the redesigned home button and the curved display that blends into what looks like an all metal chassis. If Samsung does release a Galaxy S6 Edge, alongside the regular Galaxy S6, the image we are seeing will likely be the former and not the latter.

Besides an all new design, the Galaxy S6 is expected to feature a 5.1 inch Quad HD display, up to 128GB of internal storage with microSD expansion, an improved 20MP camera, and a 64-bit octa-core Snapdragon 810 processor with 3GB of RAM.

The next generation of Galaxy handsets are expected to arrive this Spring, which puts their availability sometime between March and May. The Galaxy S6 Edge, will be the more expensive of the two variants, if Samsung chooses to follow the trend between the Galaxy Note 4 and the Galaxy Note Edge.
