OnePlus 6T receives first software update

The OnePlus 6T is launching today in the United States and India, but it looks like the brand new handset is also receiving its first software update. Early adopters of the new OnePlus flagship are reportedly receiving OxygenOS 9.0.4 which brings camera improvements along with bug fixes and optimizations.

The update is being pushed out OTA (over-the-air) and you should receive a notification when it is available for your device. If you are a OnePlus 6T owner, make sure your device is fully charged and that you are connected to a strong Wi-Fi connection before initiating the download.

Customers in the United States will be able to purchase the OnePlus 6T exclusively through T-Mobile. The handset is offered at $580 with finance and trade-in options available to customers.
