Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro officially announced

The Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro is a budget friendly Android smartphone which was unveiled today alongside the Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 tablet. Both devices will be available starting today in China, and offer a decent set of specifications adding good value for what they offer.

The Redmi 6 Pro is a fairly compact handset with a 5.8 inch FHD+ display housed in a metal body. Its features include 64GB of internal storage which can be expanded through microSD, dual (12MP+5MP) rear cameras, a fingerprint scanner, and a Snapdragon 625 processor with 4GB of RAM.

The handset comes with dual-SIM functionality which doesn't use up the memory card slot, and it features face unlock for an added layer of security.
