Sprint offers unlimited data to select always-on PCs

Sprint is offering free unlimited data for the rest of 2018 to anyone who BYOD and signs on with one of three Qualcomm Snapdragon powered 2-in 1 PCs which offer always-on mobile connectivity and smartphone-like features.

The three eligible devices happen to be:
These three happen to be the first group of PCs running Windows on ARM. They are powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset instead of the Intel processors found on most PCs. Unlike traditional PCS which are regularly shutdown and rebooted when not in use, Always-On PCs powered by ARM chipsets can be kept on all the time. Because of the processor architecture, they are meant to carry our lighter tasks, and as a result use less battery life and don't use cooling fans, thus consuming less power.

These tablet-PC hybrids run apps from the Windows Store, and are not meant to replace your regular laptops or computers. They are meant to be companion devices replacing your iPad, allowing you to stay productive on your commute or on the go. Sprint's unlimited data plan allows you to take full advantage of this, browsing websites, reading or responding to emails or consuming media at anytime.

If you are the recent owner of one of these three mobile PCs, you could consider Sprint's free unlimited data deal. It is important to keep in mind that you are still subject to surcharges and taxes, speed limits will be applicable and you will have to enroll with auto pay. The deal is only valid through December 31, 2018, which means after this year you will need to either cancel or start paying $15.00 a month. They are offering a $5 off this price deal if you continue with auto pay enabled.
