Microsoft Edge updated for iOS and Android with improved design and performance

Microsoft has released updated versions of their web-browser Edge for the iOS and Android platforms. With Edge on your mobile device, you can browse on your phone or tablet, and switch to your desktop if you need a larger screen. Passwords, Content and Favorites are synced across all your devices, ensuring mobility across all platforms.

Microsoft Edge for iOS has been updated to version 42.1 with an improved Hub design along with the usual performance improvements. Microsoft has also introduced a way to display shortcut keys on your iPad, by pressing the command key on a keyboard attached to an iOS powered tablet, which will display the shortcut keys on the screen.

Microsoft Edge for Android has been updated to version 42.0.0.2025. The update adds support for Microsoft family accounts, which allows adults to decide which websites their kids can and cannot visit when using Microsoft Edge on your Android phones or tablets.
