Win a $200 gift card at the Microsoft Store by trying on the Microsoft Band (U.S. Only)

Microsoft is giving their customers an opportunity to win a $200 gift card at the Microsoft Store this weekend. All you have to do is head into a local Microsoft Store and try out the Microsoft Band. The contest is only open to customers in the U.S., who can opt to purchase Microsoft's $199 fitness band, if they happen to win the prize.

While not everyone can win the $200 gift card, Microsoft is giving a $5 Starbucks gift card to everyone who tries out the company's first wearable. That is, as long as supplies last.

The Microsoft Band is a fitness tracker with 10 inbuilt sensors meant to monitor your workouts, steps and even your sleeping habits. You can use it to set certain fitness and activity goals, monitor your heart rate, and it runs for 48 hours before needing to be charged. The Microsoft Band is a cross platform device, which syncs to iOS, Android or Windows devices through the Microsoft Health app. On top of tracking your fitness, the Microsoft Band also offers calls, text and other notifications from your smartphones via Bluetooth. Windows Phone customers have the added advantage of Cortana integration on the Microsoft Band.
