HTC has announced that you will be able to pre-order the HTC One M9 on March 27 at midnight (12:01AM). You can pick one up at various retailers and carriers when the device is officially launched on April 10th, as previously announced.

The unlocked HTC One M9 can be purchased directly from HTC for $649 and will include the new Uh Oh Protection Plan, which allows a single device replacement within the first 12 months. You can pay the full price up front or pay it off over 12 months with HTC's zero-interest financing.
