Google Nexus 5 is back in stock on U.S. Google Play Store

Nexus 5Google typically phases the previous generation Nexus out whenever a new model comes to replace it. However this isn't the case with the Google Nexus 5, which is once again back in stock on the Google Play Store in the U.S.

The Google Nexus 6 is the company's current flagship smartphone. But its higher price and larger size has allowed the Nexus 5 to remain a viable smaller and cheaper option for consumers.

The Nexus 5 features a 5 inch full 1080p HD display, up to 32GB of storage, an 8MP rear camera with OIS, a 1.3MP front camera for video calls, a 2300mAh, 4G LTE connectivity and a 2.3GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor with 2GB of RAM.

You can now pick up either the 16GB ($349.99) or 32GB ($399.99) of the black Nexus 5 on the Google Play Store while stocks last. The white and red models have been out of stock since December, and its unlikely they will be offered again. Units should ship out in 1 - 2 business days.
