Popular ROM maker CyanogenMod is now releasing nightly builds of CyanogenMod 12, which brings the long anticipated Android 5.0 Lollipop to its ROM users. While unofficial versions of CyanogenMod 12 have been making their rounds for some time now, those who have been reluctant to test it can now enjoy the real thing.

With CyanogenMod 12 (based on Android 5.0.1) your device will be treated to the new Material Design UI, along with the updated notification system along with the other improvements and tweaks. The CyanogenMod customization like themes will also be available to CM12 users.Its important to note that these are still nightly builds, which mean that they are in an early stage of development. You will likely face a fair share of bugs and issues during daily use. Its also important to note that at this time, CyanogenMod 12 is only available for the following devices:
