The HTC Desire 320 was officially announced today as the company’s first device from its 2015 product portfolio. HTC has promised this year’s product line will be the best ever and most of us are eagerly awaiting the unveiling of the HTC One M8 successor.

The HTC Desire 320 is an entry level smartphone which features a 4.5 inch display with a 480 x 854 pixel resolution. You get either 4GB or 8GB of internal storage based on your region and you will have the choice to expand that by an additional 32GB of microSD. A 5MP primary camera is on the rear of the device, while a 0.3MP front camera will take care of selfies.The Desire 320 will be powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor with 1GB of RAM and a 2100mAh battery.

On the software side you get Android 4.4 KitKat with HTC’s Sense user interface. The handset will be available in black or white.

The HTC Desire 320 is about to be released in select markets soon, with the UK being among the first. At this point, there is no information on the pricing of the handset..
