Lollipop has been overlain with the HTC Sense 6.0 UI and shows the new multitasking menu. You can scroll through all the open apps, and close the ones you want with the 'X'. Even the tabs on the Google Chrome browser are included in the multitasking menu. Additionally, a two-finger swipe down from any page will now bring you the Quick Settings menu, which has been redesigned.
HTC promised last June, that the HTC One M8 and the original HTC One will be updated to Android 5.0 Lollipop within 90 days of Google sending them the final build. Based on the leaks and the progress, it looks like HTC may have Lollipop for the current and former flagship ahead of their original schedule.
