HTC One (M7) for T-Mobile receives software update

T-Mobile is pushing out a software update to the HTC One (M7) on its network. The update brings the 6.10.531.10 software version and brings a fix a call audio issue to the device.

The OTA software update is being pushed out to T-Mobile customers as we speak and will continue to rollout through January 30, so you should receive the update notification anytime between now and then.

If you have not received the OTA update notification, you can try manually checking for the availability of the update on your device by heading to Settings > About > Software Update > Check for Updates > OK.

The OTA update is around 201MB in size, so users are advised to ensure their batteries are fully charged and that they are connected to Wi-Fi ahead of initiating the update. Users are also advised to backup their handsets. This can be done by syncing your HTC One with PC.
