Google Nexus 6 vs Apple iPhone 6 Plus - Video Comparison

Google Nexus 6 vs Apple iPhone 6 Plus

Large screened phones have become a trending fad, with manufacturers trying to top one another with large size smartphones. Both the Apple iPhone 6 Plus and the Google Nexus 6 as examples of companies stepping into the large-screen smartphone market.

Despite the enormous size of the iPhone 6 Plus and the early bendgate complaints, Apple seems to have a very successful  entry into the phablet market. Google has also stepped into new territory with a large screen device. The 5.9 inch QHD display easily dwarfs the 5.5 inch 1080p display on the iPhone 6 Plus. However Apple's smartphone will likely be considered the more premium of the two, even though the Nexus 6 will be hardier. The iPhone 6 Plus camera also manages to take better photos and video, but its battery falls short when compared to the Nexus 6.

On the software side we are greeted with Android 5.0 Lollipop on the Nexus 6, the latest version of Android which is the most consistent and versatile version of the mobile platform to date. The new material design elements and the catchy colorful animations, make the Nexus 6 a treat to use. While iOS 8 may not have the level of features and openness offered on Android, it is the more polished and intuitive between the two.

The biggest selling point may turn out to be the price, as Apple wants $750 for its iPhone 6 Plus, while Google is asking for only $650. While one can argue that Google's newest Nexus costs nearly double the asking price of last year's model, you can be assured that the experience wont disappoint you one bit.
