Farmville 2: Country Escape for Windows now available

Zynga has finally released Farmville 2: Country Escape as a universal app for Windows and Windows Phone. The title was released on iOS and Android earlier this year. The game puts you in a role of a farmer where you have to build and maintain your dream farm, complete with animals, crops and more to take care of.
