Nokia Lumia 530 coming to the UK on September 4 for only £60 off-contract

Microsoft has announced the upcoming availability of its ultra affordable Nokia Lumia 530 with Windows Phone 8.1 in the UK. The handset is set to go on sale in the UK starting September 4 from a range of retailers and operators for just £60 without a contract.

The new entry-level Lumia 530 will be available from UK networks Three, EE, Vodafone and O2, as well as from retailers like Phones 4U and Carphone Warehouse. The Lumia 530 is available in a range of colors, including bright orange, bright green and dark grey.

The Lumia 530 features a 4 inch LCD touch display with a 854 by 480 pixel resolution, 4GB of internal storage which can be expanded through microSD, a 5MP fixed focus camera, a 1430mAh battery and a 1.2GHz quad-core processor with 512MB of RAM. The handset is also available in a dual-SIM model.
