[Android app] Google News & Weather receives major update

Google News & Weather for Android has been updated to version 2.0 bringing two of the the most requested features to the app - tablet support and personalization when you sign in with your Google account. This update brings the app out of the core Android system and makes it available on the Play Store for quicker updates.
