Samsung Galaxy S5 for T-Mobile offered at $0 down in special “introductory” pre-order offer

Samsung Galaxy S5The Samsung Galaxy S5 will be available for pre-order to T-Mobile customers starting March 24. T-Mobile is offering an "introductory price" to those that pre-order, and guaranteeing that they will be the first to get the new flagship without waiting in line.

That "introductory price" is set for well qualified buyers who pre-order at no money down, and the monthly payments will be $27.50-per-month. That comes to a full retail price of $660 which is in line with prices listed by other carriers. If you finance through T-Mobile, mobile insurance is also automatically added on at $10-per-month.

Those who pre-order before the end of March will get $120 credit toward the purchase of a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 (while supplies last), with a mobile data plan and 200MB per month free data for the life of the device. T-Mobile did not disclose what the price of the Samsung Galaxy S5 might be after the introductory offer, though it will probably be a change in the amount of money to put down to buy the device in the future.

According to CEO John Legere, T-Mobile has already received over half-a-million pre-registrations for the new Samsung. He also threw in some price comparisons stating that a family of four could conceivably save over $1,200 over two years if they switch from AT&T or Verizon.

No matter how you look at it, Samsung has not bumped the price of its flagship, making this new bundle of technology a great deal. T-Mobile’s website also says the carrier is giving away a phone each day over the next five weeks.
