Convertible and affordable Lenovo A10 announced as company's first Android laptop

The Laptop market has been greatly affected by the introduction of tablets which are available in various sizes, prices and form factors. The requirement of a physical keyboard is generally met by devices like the Asus Transformer series, the HP SlateBook x2 or even the Windows powered HP Split x2 which make good laptop replacements.

Now Lenovo wants to bring back the laptop form factor with their first Android convertible laptop - the Lenovo A10

The Lenovo A10 features a 10.1 inch touch display with a 1366 by 768 pixel resolution, up to 32GB of internal storage which can be expanded through microSD, a front facing camera for video calls and is powered a quad-core RK3188 processor with 1GB of RAM. The tablet boasts up to 9 hours of battery life and is capable of folding backwards into a more touch-friendly position.

Unfortunately it doesn't look like the device is headed to US shores, but when it starts popping up in Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, it shouldn't cost too much more than a couple hundred bucks. Would you consider making the Lenovo A10 your next laptop?
