Motorola Droid RAZR M receives software update

The Motorola Droid RAZR M on Verizon is now receiving an update which offers software version to 98.15.66.XT907.Verizon.en.US. The Droid RAZR M features an almost bezel free 4.3 inch touch display, 8GB of internal storage which can be expanded through microSD, an 8 megapixel camera capable of 1080p HD video capture, a secondary camera for video calls and is powered by a 1.5GHz dual-core processor.
