Marvel's The Punisher: Season 2 arriving in January

Netflix has announced that Marvel's The Punisher Season 2 will debut in January. While an exact date wasn't given, the teaser video gives us a glimpse of Frank Castle (Jon Bernthal) getting ready to dish out his version of justice on the criminals.

Alongside Bernthal, “Marvel’s The Punisher” Season 2 features fellow returning cast members Ben Barnes (“Billy Russo”), Amber Rose Revah (“Dinah Madani”), and Jason R. Moore (“Curtis Hoyle”). They’re joined by some new additions to the cast, including Josh Stewart as John Pilgrim, Floriana Lima as Krista Dumont, and Giorgia Whigham as Amy Bendix, along with Corbin Bernsen and Annette O’Toole as Anderson and Eliza Schultz.

With Netflix canceling Iron Fist, Luke Cage and its popular Daredevil shows, we can't help but dread if The Punisher will follow suit after its season debuts. Netflix is still working on the third season of Jessica Jones which doesn't have a release date.
