Samsung Galaxy Note 8 update bring Super Slow-Motion and AR Emojis

Samsung Galaxy Note 8

Super Slow-Motion and AR Emojis are two features that Samsung introduced for its flagship devices like the Galaxy S9, Galaxy S9+ and Galaxy Note 9. Now it looks like the company is planning to share these features with the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.

Samsung Galaxy Note 8 update bring Super Slow-Motion and AR Emojis
This report comes from XDA Developers, where an update is apparently headed to the Galaxy Note 8 which includes Super Slow-Motion and AR Emojis along with the September security patch for Android.

This update is reportedly already rolling out in France, and users who have tested the update suggest that the two functions work the same way as on the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+. Updates like these generally roll-out in waves, so we expect it will reach other handsets around the world eventually.

With Super Slow-Motion on the Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+, you can capture 0.2s of 960fps videos. Meanwhile, the Galaxy Note 9 allows you to record 0.4s of 960fps videos. Unfortunately, we don't know how slow-motion on the Galaxy Note 8 compares to Samsung's newer flagships.
