Asus ZenFone 5Z now available in the U.S. for $500

The Asus ZenFone 5Z is now available for purchase in the United States for $500. The new flagship from Asus went on pre-order about a week ago, and comes packed with powerful hardware despite its affordable price.

The Asus ZenFone 5Z features a 6.2 inch LCD display, 64GB of internal storage with microSD expansion, a 12MP rear camera, an 8MP front camera, a 3300mAh battery and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor with 6GB of RAM. It is important to point out that Asus has a more expensive model with 8GB RAM and either 128GB or 256GB storage, but it doesn't look like they are being offered in the US market.

Currently, the Asus ZenFone 5Z is available for $499 through Amazon and NewEgg. They should also be available through the Asus online store and B&H Video, even though they are currently marked as solid out or coming soon.
