LG V30 receives Android's July security patch

The LG V30 on Verizon is now receiving the July Android security updates. Before installing the update, make sure your battery is fully charged and that you are connected to a strong Wi-Fi network.

The update for the LG V30 brings the VS99620e software version, and it contains the July 1st, 2018 Android security patches. It will be pushed OTA, so you should receive a notification when it is available for your device. While security patches like this one rarely bring new features, they are extremely important for the safety of your device and are highly recommended.

The LG V30 features a 6.0 inch display, up to 128GB of internal storage with microSD expansion, dual (16MP+13MP) rear cameras, a 5MP front camera, a fingerprint scanner, a 3300mAh battery, and a Snapdragon 835 processor with 4GB of RAM.
