Acer Liquid Z530 announced

During IFA 2015, Acer has announced two Android smartphones Acer Liquid Z530(S) which focus on selfies, and the Acer Liquid Z630(S) which focus on multimedia.

The Liquid Z530 and the Liquid Z530S both focus on capturing selfies. These smartphones will be outfitted with an 8MP front camera with an 84 degree wide-angle lense for this purpose. Besides that, you have a 5 inch display, 8GB or 16GB of storage (depending on market), and a 1.3GHz quad-core MT6735 processor with 1GB/2GB RAM. The Z530S comes with a faster, octa-core MediaTek chipset, 3GB of RAM, and 32GB of storage.

On the software side, you get some nice enhancements, such as Gourmet Mode (automatically adjust color temperature and style for photos of dishes), touch to capture (focus and capture photos with a single touch), and Smile Shutter (capture smiles as they happened).

The Acer Liquid Z530 will be available in October in the same market, starting at EUR 149 ($167).
