Angry Birds 2 now available for download

Rovio Entertainment has released the successor to the original Angry Birds, and the 15th game in the series - Angry Birds 2. The new game is available on iOS and Android as a free download through its respective app stores.

The concept is still pretty much the same as way back in 2009, where the greedy (green) pigs have stolen the eggs making the birds angry. The "Angry Birds" are in hot pursuit again, but you are treated to various improvements and enhancements, including multi-stage levels, boss battles, and improved graphics.

Despite the successful launch of Windows 10, Rovio has no immediate plans to bring the game to the Windows platform. Hopefully the company will change their stance, allowing us to continue our bird flinging adventures on our Windows phones, tablets and desktops.
