Huawei schedules event in New York on June 2

Huawei is sending out invitations for an event which will take place on June 2 in New York City. Unlike the recently launched Huawei P8, it seems the new announcement is regarding a device bound for the U.S.

While the Chinese manufacturer hasn't shared much on what we should expect during the unveiling, the invite which is attached below, shows a smartphone peeking in between the cutouts, with the the tagline "See what we're unlocking next."

Should we expected an unlocked version of the Huawei P8 with US carrier bands ? Or does Huawei have something totally new lined up for us? Be sure to check back on June 2 for updates.
