ZTE Nubia Z9 Max sales delayed by one monthAccording to a post by ZTE on its Weibo page, the company is facing a delay in the sale of the ZTE Nubia Z9 Max by one month as a result of production issues. The handset was introduced by the company last month, alongside the ZTE Nubia Z9 mini, and was expected to go on sale tomorrow. ZTE blamed the delay on the complex production and manufacturing process required to build the Nubia Z9 Max.

Production issues delay the ZTE Nubia Z9 MaxThe ZTE Nubia Z9 Max is made with an aluminum body and has a double glass design. ZTE says that its QC measures and production process for the device are above industry standards.

The Nubia Z9 Max is equipped with a 5.5 inch display with a 1080 x 1920 pixel resolution, 16GB of internal storage which can be expanded through microSD, a 16MP rear camera, an 8MP front camera and a 64-bit octa-core Snapdragon 810 processor with 3GB of DDR4 RAM.

The handset also offers a high fidelity speaker system with 7.1 channel surround sound, a generous 2900mAh battery, 4G LTE connectivity, NFC, dual band WiFi and OTG connectivity.

The ZTE Nubia Z9 Max is priced at the equivalent of $403 USD. Now as a result of the delay, the ZTE Nubia Z9 Max sales will now take place sometime in May.
