Get the Star Wars digital collection on iTunes, Google Play, Amazon and Xbox Video

Star Wars is about to celebrate 38 years since its original theatrical release. With 'The Force Awakens' set to be released in December, fans can can binge watch the first six movies as many times as they want as the entire digital collection is now available for download.

It seems the Star Wars digital movie collection will be available through all digital markets, including iTunes, Google Play, Xbox Video, Amazon and others. The episodes that will be sold are the "Special Edition" releases. That means the newer special effects are in play, and other nuances that bring episodes 4, 5, and 6 into a bit more linear consistency with episodes 1, 2, and 3.

The collection has a number of bonus materials included with each movie, such as never before seen features, and other insights. Each movie is available now for pre-order at $19.99 each. Xbox Video, Amazon, and Google Play offer the option to pre-order the whole collection, but the latter two give you a $10 discount ($89.99 instead of $99.99).
