Samsung S Health for Android arrives on Google Play Store

Samsung S Health for AndroidSamsung has pushed its S Health app directly onto the Google Play Store, allowing any Samsung smartphone running Android 5.0 Lollipop or higher to install the fitness tracking app. This happens to be the same version of S Health that comes out of the box with the Samsung Galaxy S6 and the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge.

Samsung's S Health for Android was first launched alongside the Samsung Galaxy S4, and is an integral part of the Galaxy app suite. S Health app allows you to track your workouts by measuring your heart rate, expended calories, oxygen saturation levels and more. It can also be your coach by allowing you to set workout targets, and then tracks your progress as you try to meet them. The app supports over 70 languages.

The new app doesn't offer much in terms of new features, but the material design inspired user interface may be enough to warrant an update. You can download the latest version directly on your compatible Samsung device through the Google Play Store or by using the following links
