The Samsung Galaxy S6 and the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge were recently announced at MWC 2015, with a radically different approach to design and build materials. Samsung has replaced the usual plastic exterior with a layer of Gorilla Glass 4 which has been, splashed in one of four distinctive hues - White Pearl, Black Sapphire, Gold Platinum, or Blue Topaz.
Even the frame that runs around the sides of the device, as well as the buttons are all made of metal, just like the case on the Samsung Galaxy Note 4. Despite the premium materials, Samsung has even managed to keep their new flagship thinner (6.8mm) and lighter (138 grams) than the Samsung Galaxy S5.
