Samsung Galaxy Note 4 for AT&T receives Android 5.0 Lollipop

Samsung Galaxy Note 4 for AT&T receives Android 5.0 LollipopThe Samsung Galaxy Note 4 for AT&T is now receiving the Android 5.0 Lollipop update. The update is being pushed out OTA (over-the-air) and is reportedly 1.2GB in size. Users will have to connect their handsets to WiFi in order to download the update.

With Lollipop, you will get the new lockscreen notifications, improved battery life courtesy of 'Project Volta' and the redesigned multi-tasking view which includes Chrome tabs. TouchWiz will also be updated with new S Health widgets, plus fast motion and slow motion camera modes.

Unfortunately AT&T has not provided a lot of detail in their official changelog.
  • Android 5.0 (Lollipop)
  • Service additions:
    • Find My Mobile
    • Reactivation lock
  • Stability improvements
Its not quite clear what AT&T is referring to as the "reactivation lock" feature is, and it is likely something similar to Android 5.1's device protection. If you have installed the Lollipop update on your Galaxy Note 4, and notice any features not mentioned in the changes feel free to leave us a comment and let us know.
