The Lumia 640 features a 5.0 inch display with a 720 x 1280 pixel resolution, 8GB of internal storage which can be expanded through microSD, a 2500mAh battery and a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor with 1GB of RAM. The handset will be available in single and dual SIM versions with both a 3G model and 4G LTE models to choose from, including a dual-SIM LTE device.

The 8 megapixel camera on the rear has an 1/4" sensor and f/2.2 lens, and features dynamic flash and auto HDR. The 0.9 megapixel front camera has a wide-angle lens, which should be useful for taking selfies.
