Microsoft currently has two Windows Phone phablets on its portfolio. The Lumia 1520, which is a flagship device, and the Lumia 1320 which has lesser hardware, but a more affordable price. Now Microsoft is reportedly working on the successor to the Lumia 1320.

The Lumia 1320 is the affordable alternative to the Lumia 1520. It features a 6 inch display with a 720 x 1280 pixel resoltion, 8GB of internal storage which can be expanded through microSD, a 5MP rear camera, a 1.2MP front camera and the 1.7GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor with 1GB of RAM.

The upcoming successor will reportedly be known as the Lumia 1330 and maybe available in four different variants. According to data found by Windows Phone cross-promotion network AdDuplex, the Lumia 1330 will have RM-1062, RM-1063, RM-1064 and RM-1065 model numbers.

Microsoft will reportedly outfit the device with a 14MP Pureview camera on its rear and a 5MP front camera for selfies. This is a decent upgrade over the 5MP rear camera and 1.2MP front camera found on the Lumia 1320.

The display itself will be slightly smaller, measuring 5.7 inches, but it will retain the same 720 x 1280 pixel resolution. Additionally the Lumia 1330 will reportedly feature 32GB of internal storage and a quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor with Adreno 305 graphics and 1GB of RAM.

The Lumia 1330 maybe unveiled by Microsoft at the MWC in March and will likely come with Windows Phone 8.1 Update 2 (GDR2) pre-installed.
