Lenovo P70 officially announced with massive 4000mAh battery

Lenovo is known for packing powerful batteries into their smartphones, and it looks like they aim to do it again with the Lenovo P70, which backs a massive 4000mAh battery under its hood. Lenovo claims the handset can withstand up to 46 days of standby time, which is an amazing feat, but it also comes with some decent hardware to go with the long lasting battery.

The Lenovo P70 features a 5 inch display with a 720 x 1280 pixel resolution and low power draw technology, 8GB of internal storage which can be expanded through microSD, a 13MP rear camera, a 5MP front camera, 4G LTE connectivity, dual-SIM and a quad-core 64-bit MediaTek processor with 1GB of RAM.

What's most impressive about the setup though is that Lenovo has managed to pack all this hardware and battery into a pretty lean 142mm x 71.8mm x 8.9mm chassis. On top of that the battery is also replaceable.
