LG G Watch R now available for purchase in the US through Google Play Store

The LG G Watch R is now available for purchase in the US, through the Google Play Store for $299, alongside the regular shaped LG G Watch which costs $229. Bothe smart wearables run Android Wear, but the G Watch R is definitely the better looking option between the two devices.

The LG G Watch R is the world’s first smartwatch to offer a perfectly round display. It features a 1.3 inch display with a 320x320 pixel resolution, 4GB of internal storage, a 410mAh battery and a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor with 512MB of RAM. The body of the G Watch R is partially made out of stainless steel, being IP57-certified (dust- and water-resistant).
