Nokia Lumia 925 for T-Mobile receives Windows Phone 8.1 with Lumia Cyan

The Nokia Lumia 925 for T-Mobile is now receiving the Windows Phone 8.1 with Lumia Cyan software update. The software update which is reportedly around 267MB in size, brings the 01061.00074.14391.37104 software version and includes T-Mobile's Inflight texting support along with the usual enhancements from Microsoft.

With Windows Phone 8.1 your Lumia 925 will get access to great new features like Cortana, a personal virtual assistant built to manage your life. Cortana will allow you to set reminders by people as well as by time or location. Your device will also get several other features and enhancements including the Action Center which manages your incoming notifications along with the ability to set a background wallpaper for your Live tiles. The update will be pushed out OTA to handsets running Windows Phone 8.0, and users are advised to have their battery fully charged and their devices connected to Wi-Fi before downloading the update. You can also manually check for the update on your device by heading to Settings > Phone Update > Check for Updates.
