Hyperlapse by Instagram for iOS is a video app which produces time-lapse photography

Instagram has launched Hyperlapse for iOS, which allows users to create high-quality time-lapse videos. The app comes with built in image stabilization, allowing the videos to look like those captured with a camera on a tripod. This allows you to film the time-lapse sequence even if you're on the move.

Unlike Apple's own time-lapse feature that should be introduced on iOS 8, Instagram's Hyperlapse includes an option to control the playback speed of the video from 1x to 12x.

No account is required to sign in, and creating a time-lapse video requires nothing more than a single tap to capture video. Afterwards, you can upload your video to Facebook and Instagram, or save it to the camera roll on your device.
