[Windows Phone app] App Folder updated (1.2)

Nokia's App Folder for Windows Phone was first released with the Lumia Black update for Windows Phone 8. Now the app organizer has received an update which brings general performance improvements. App Folders for Windows Phone allows you to group specific apps into a single tile, which can then be pinned to your Start Screen. Granted its not the most efficient.

With Nokia's App Folders, you can name your folders however you like (Photography, Social Apps ot Tools) and create as many app folders as you need. Each folder display mini icons of the apps contained within it to make it easy to find your apps at a glance.
