Sony announces SmartBand SWR 10 and Lifelog app, coming on March 2014

Sony announced the Xperia Z2, Xperia Z2 tablet and Xperia M2 at the MWC 2014, but also unveiled the next step in its line of fitness trackers, the SmartBand SWR10.

The device will be accompanied by an Android app called Lifelog which will help you set fitness goals, monitor athletic progress as well as location data. The SmartBand pairs with any Android device via BlueTooth or NFC. Sony’s new wearable is made to be worn at all times, touting an IP 582 waterproofing rating. The SmartBand will be available initially in black, with more colors rolling out in the coming months.

The Sony SmartBand SWR10 and the corresponding Lifelog application to be available sometime in March.
