The
NVidia Tegra Note 7 is now receiving
Android 4.3 Jelly Bean, which is the first major software update for the tablet. The update is being pushed OTA (over-the-air) and includes an enhanced stylus experience, a new camera capability and the regular bug fixes.
With the new update, the 5MP camera on the Note 7 will support AOHDR (always-on high-dynamic range) for "more lifelike images across a range of lighting conditions", and also gains video stabilization. As for the stylus-related novelties, these include: overall response improvements, support for left-handed users, and a DirectStylus help option under the settings menu.
Now that Android 4.3 is available, we hope that NVidia will work on bringing
Android 4.4 KitKat to their $199 tablet.
