[Symbian app] WhatsApp Messenger updated (2.11.173)

The WhatsApp Messenger for Symbian has been updated to version 2.11.173 which presumably brings some bug fixes and performance improvements. WhatsApp Messenger is a cross-platform messaging app which allows you to exchange messaging with your contacts without having to pay for SMS, by utilizing the existing smartphone data connection (or Wi-Fi when available).
