Skype for iOS updated (4.1.3) for iOS 7 with improved accessibility

Skype for iOS has been updated with a fresh new iOS 7 style, cleaner, flattened interface. The update also brings improvements to accessibility. Skype for iOS lets you stay connected to your Skype friends through instant message, voice or video calls. You can connect to Skype using your Microsoft account to chat with your Messenger and Facebook friends as well.
