Certain Angry Birds games are now free in the Windows Phone Store

App deals may come and go, but its important that you should never miss out on them when they come along. Currently it looks like Rovio is having something of a sale on the Windows Phone Store with some of their Angry Birds titles, as some of the popular games are currently being offered for free.

We are not sure if this is a mistake, as their is no official word of a promotion. It was just earlier this month that Angry Birds, Angry Birds Space, and Angry Birds Star Wars were updated on Windows Phone 8. Either way, you can grab some Angry Birds titles for free right now.

Angry Birds Seasons and Angry Birds Space still have prices attached to them, and we are not sure why these particular titles were selected. Make sure you download the titles you have missed out on, and leave us a comment and let us know if these titles are free in your region.

Since these are region specific, you could consider changing your region in order to get the free download. For example Angry Birds Seasons and Amazing Alex are free for users in Thailand.

• Restart and download the above games for free.
