[LIVE] Microsoft Surface 2 event

Microsoft entered the tablet market with the Microsoft Surface RT and the Microsoft Surface Pro a year ago. Now they are ready to do it again with the second generation of Surface tablets which run the latest build of the Windows 8.1 update. During the event Microsoft is expected to announce the Surface RT 2 and the Surface Pro 2 along with new accessories like a Power Cover and a Surface Docking Station.

Microsoft is said to have taken feedback from last year's models and brought improvements to the kickstand, making it adjustable for the second generation model. We are also curious to see if the Windows 8 version of the Surface will be fan free in its design and if Windows RT is finally capable of taking the iPad on in the app department.
