[Android app] Vine updated (1.3.3) lets you share your videos on Facebook and Twitter

The Vine for Android app has been updated to version 1.3.3 and a few new features and improvements to devices running Android 4.0 or higher. Vine for Android is a service from Twitter which allows you to create 6 seconds of video in a looping feed that you can tag and then post.
