The Motorola DROID MAXX was announced today as one of the newest members of Verizon's DROID family and offers an all-round flagship experience with amazing battery life. The DROID MAXX features a 5.0 inch AMOLED display with a 720 by 1280 pixel resolution, up to 32GB of internal storage which can be expanded through microSD, a 10 megapixel camera capable of 1080p HD video capture, a secondary 2 megapixel camera for video calls and is powered by a 1.7GHz dual-core processor with 2GB of RAM.

The DROID MAXX is blessed with a very generous 3500 mAh battery while retaining an impressively thin 8.5 mm body. Its front is protected by Gorilla Glass while its rear retains the rubbery Kevlar finish unlike the glossy finish on its newly announced siblings.
