Apple iOS 7 inspired by Windows Phone 8 ?

Apple drastically changed the look of their mobile operating system with the announcement of iOS 7 during their WWDC 2013 keynote. The new interface is flattened and does away with the skeuomorphic design which has been a part of the iPhone since its launch.
