Microsoft welcomes the new year with new Windows 8 ads

Microsoft has had a busy 2012, with the launch of the touch optimized Windows 8, a new version of Windows Phone based on the Windows kernel and their first post PC hardware device the Microsoft Surface RT. We still don’t know how well Microsoft's products have fared in the few months they have been on sale, but the company’s marketing department has continued to promote their new lineup into the new year.

Microsoft has recently released two new advertisements – The first one highlights the apps which are included in Windows 8, while the second one features the Lenovo Yoga 13 with a camera appearance by he Asus VivoTab. Check out both the ads below
