The Asus VivoTab RT is a Windows RT tablet which features a 10.1 inch touch display, 32GB of internal storage, an 8 megapixel camera, a front facing 2 megapixel camera for video calls which is capable of 1080p video capture and is powered by a quad-core processor with 2GB of RAM.

Combining the keyboard dock accessory with the VivoTab RT gives you around 16 hours of battery life, which can easily get you through the day of heavy usage with this tablet.

Asus is currently offering a special promotion to potential buyers which allows you to get the keyboard dock for free if you purchase this device before December 31st. This adds some value to its $599.99 price tag and makes it a worthy purchase considering the added battery on the keyboard dock, compared to the TouchCover on the Microsoft Surface RT. It even thinner and has a better camera compared to Microsoft’s offering.
