CompUSA is offering a “FREE” Nokia Lumia 820 with the purchase of a new Windows 8 PC or Laptop. We added “free” within quotes because you will have to sign a two-year agreement with AT&T in order to get the deal, which isn't technically the ‘free’ we like to here. You are actually getting a $50 discount on the device, which generally costs $49.99 on contract.

If you want to purchase the device contract free, it will cost you $379.99 which is actually cheaper than the $400 AT&T launch price.

The Lumia 820 is a mid-range Windows Phone 8 device, features a 4.3 inch touch display, 8GB of internal storage which can be expanded through microSD, an 8 megapixel camera capable of 1080p HD video capture, a secondary camera for video calls, NFC, Wireless charging and is powered by a 1.5GHz dual-core processor.
